Basketball Recap: Pioneer Academy Starts Season with Loss on the Road

Pioneer Academy kicked off their season on the road on Saturday and hit a couple of potholes. They were beaten by the McNair Academic Cougars 53-12. The Eagles' defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it eight in a row dating back to last season.

Pioneer Academy will be home for the holidays to greet Bergen Charter at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. McNair Academic will take on Dickinson in a holiday battle at at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
