It's playoff time, and Academy of Notre Dame had no trouble coming through when it counted. Everything went their way against the Norfolk County Agricultural Rams on Friday as they made off with a 19-4 win. Considering the Lancers have won ten games by more than 13 runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Academy of Notre Dame is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.0 runs on average over those games. As for Norfolk County Agricultural, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-7.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Academy of Notre Dame beat the Rams by a score of 19-4 later that day.
