Bob Jones and Tuscaloosa County squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Bob Jones had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Wildcats by a score of 3-1. That's two games in a row now that the Patriots have lost by exactly two runs.

Bob Jones' loss dropped their record down to 37-12. As for Tuscaloosa County, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 games. That's provided a massive bump to their 31-14 record this season.
