Basketball Recap: Sabetha Takes a Loss

Sabetha was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were beaten by the Holton Wildcats 40-11. The contest marked the Bluejays' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Sabetha's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Holton, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-2.

When Sabetha and Holton next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Sabetha will try to stop Riley County's four-game winning streak when the meet at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Holton will take on Nemaha Central and their four-game winning streak on Friday.
