Basketball Recap: Wausaukee Gets the Win + How To Watch

Wausaukee won the last time they faced Gresham Community and things went their way on Thursday too. The Rangers came out on top against the Wildcats by a score of 47-40. The Rangers' offense checked out after the first half but had enough points banked to take the game anyway.

Gavin Thomson was a one-man wrecking crew as he dropped a double-double with 20 points and 23 boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Matt Edelbeck, who posted nine points.

Despite the loss, Gresham Community still got an impressive performance from Kevin Miller, who went 8-for-18 en route to 22 points and three steals.

The victory got Wausaukee back to even at 1-1. As for Gresham Community, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.
