Football Recap: East Canton Piles Up the Points Against Wellsville

East Canton never let their opponents score on Friday. They claimed a resounding 49-0 win over the Wellsville Tigers. The game was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Hornets had established a 35-point advantage.

Owen McCroskey had an outrageously good game as he threw for 173 yards and a pair of touchdowns while completing 73.3% of his passes, and also punched in two scores on the ground. Those two rushing touchdowns gave him a new career-high. East Canton's leading receiver Aydan Stephens was McCroskey's top target yet again, picking up 97 receiving yards and one TD.
