Basketball Recap: Six Straight Home Wins for Thomson

A well-balanced attack led Thomson over Emanuel County Institute in every quarter on their way to victory on Monday. The Thomson Bulldogs put the hurt on the Emanuel County Institute Bulldogs with a sharp 64-39 victory. Given Thomson's advantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 206th, while Emanuel County Institute is ranked 549th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Markevion Jones continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, putting up 19 points. Another player making a difference was Jaris Sinkfield, who posted 12 points.
