Soccer Recap: Warren County Comes Up Short

Warren County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Kettle Run Cougars, falling 8-0. Warren County were not able to make up for their loss to Kettle Run from their previous meeting back in April of 2025.

Warren County's defeat dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Kettle Run, their win bumped their record up to 11-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Warren County will venture away from home to square off against James Wood at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. James Wood will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Warren County surely won't give up without a fight. As for Kettle Run, they will head out to challenge Meridian at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
