Basketball Recap: Manor Takes a Loss

Manor was the 65-35 winner over Vista Ridge when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Manor Mustangs were outmatched by the Vista Ridge Rangers and fell 61-31. The Mustangs just can't catch a break and have now endured six defeats in a row.

Vista Ridge got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Gavin Howard out in front who posted 11 points. Another player making a difference was Mason Kuehn, who went 6 for 7 on his way to 12 points.

Manor's loss dropped their record down to 1-17. As for Vista Ridge, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 13-10.

Manor will host McNeil at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Manor is facing McNeil at the right time seeing as McNeil is stuck on a seven-game losing streak. As for Vista Ridge, they will venture away from home to square off against Hutto at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Vista Ridge has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 183 points over their last three games.
