Basketball Recap: Bethel Christian Academy Crusaders vs. Independent Athletic Ministries Ravens
Bethel Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They were beaten by the Independent Athletic Ministries Ravens 76-45. The Crusaders were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 44-18.
Independent Athletic Ministries had a senior duo take command as Blake Delph dropped a double-double with 24 points and 11 rebounds and Trey Miller went 9-for-22 to rack up 22 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Delph has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Connor Mullins, who dropped a double-double with ten points and 17 boards.
Bethel Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 5-12. As for Independent Athletic Ministries, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 10-6.
