It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact A.C. Flora can now relate to. They were outmatched by the South Pointe Stallions and fell 56-14. The Falcons' loss signaled the end of their seven-game winning streak.

Most of the squad's points came courtesy of special teams, who contributed eight in total. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of Blake Betette, who ran a kickoff back for a touchdown.

South Pointe's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but R.J. Brown led the charge by rushing for 59 yards and two scores on only six carries. The Stallions also got help from Dailan Duncan, who showed off his sure hands for 103 receiving yards.

A.C. Flora's defeat dropped their record down to 11-2. As for South Pointe, their victory was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 12-1.

A.C. Flora does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for South Pointe, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 40-0 win against Westside on the 28th.
