John Elbe, University's leader in blocks on the season, led the team again on Friday. Elbe posted nine points and five boards. The performance also marked the most assists (three) he has had since back in December of 2024. He is also on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as he's posted one of at least 50% in the last nine games he's played.

Looking ahead, Elbe and University will head out to face off against Weld Central at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bulldogs got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Rebels thanks in part to Elbe: he went 6-for-8 from beyond the arc on his way to 37 points in addition to seven rebounds and four steals.
