Basketball Recap: Kingman Eagles vs. Conway Springs Cardinals

The Kingman Eagles entered their tilt with the Conway Springs Cardinals with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Kingman snuck past the Cardinals with a 48-42 victory on Tuesday. The victory was all the more spectacular given Kingman's disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 210th, while the Cardinals are ranked 103rd).

Tristen Davidson went supernova for Kingman, scoring ten points along with eight rebounds and six assists. Ben Bradshaw was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with eight rebounds.

Kingman's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-9. As for Conway Springs, their loss dropped their record down to 8-5-1.

Kingman will look to defend their home court on Friday against the Panthers at 7:30 p.m. Independent will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak. As for Conway Springs, they will head out on the road to take on the Owls at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
