Master's Academy took care of business in their home opener on Thursday. They came out on top against the Port St. Lucie Jaguars by a score of 8-4. The victory continues a trend for the Patriots in their matchups with the Jaguars: they've now won six in a row.

Master's Academy's win was truly a team effort as five different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Alison Viersma, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-4.

Looking ahead, Master's Academy will be playing in front of their home fans against Morningside Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Port St. Lucie, they are taking a road trip to take on Treasure Coast at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
