Basketball Recap: Legacy Christian Academy Picks Up 16th Straight Win at Home

Legacy Christian Academy had to skate by with only a three-point margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the 38-point drubbing they dealt PACT Charter on Friday. The Legacy Christian Academy Lions blew past the PACT Charter Panthers 79-41. That's more bragging rights for the Lions, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Legacy Christian Academy's win was their 16th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-0. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 88.4 points per game. As for PACT Charter, they now have a losing record at 1-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Legacy Christian Academy will take on St. Croix Prep in a holiday battle at at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. St. Croix Prep knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Legacy Christian Academy likes a good challenge. As for PACT Charter, they will be home for the holidays to greet North Lakes Academy at 1:15 p.m. on Thursday.
