Basketball Recap: Sherrard Continues Road Dominance on Monday

After losing to Monmouth-Roseville the last time they met, Sherrard decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Sherrard Tigers rang in the new year with a 58-48 win over the Monmouth-Roseville Titans on Monday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Tigers.

Sherrard's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-2. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.0 points per game. As for Monmouth-Roseville, with the defeat, they broke their five-game winning streak and moved their record to 12-5.
