Shishmaref won the last time they faced James C Isabell, and Elizabeth Kokeok did her part to make sure it happened again. Everything went the Shishmaref Northern Lights' way against the James C Isabell Aklaqs on Friday as the Shishmaref Northern Lights made off with a 57-37 win with plenty of help from Kokeok, who posted 23 points. Those 23 points gave her a new career-high.

Shishmaref has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a massive bump to their 8-11 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.9 points over those games. James C Isabell's loss was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 4-8.
