Hug had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They put the hurt on the Damonte Ranch Mustangs with a sharp 4-0 win on Saturday. Considering Hug have won seven matchups by more than two goals this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory (which was Hug's seventh in a row) raised their record to 18-1. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 23 goals over those seven matches. As for Damonte Ranch, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-6-1.

Hug has already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Wooster on the 28th. Damonte Ranch does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
