Soccer Recap: West Bridgewater Comes Up Short

After flying high against Holbrook on Tuesday, West Bridgewater came back down to earth. The Wildcats fell just short of the Case Cardinals by a score of 2-1 on Wednesday. West Bridgewater were not able to make up for their defeat to Case from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

West Bridgewater's loss dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Case, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season.

While West Bridgewater had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 3:45 p.m. on Friday.
