Volleyball Game Preview: Derby Red Raiders vs. Wilby Wildcats + How To Watch

The Derby Red Raiders will face off against the Wilby Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Derby will be strutting in after a victory while Wilby will be coming in after a loss.

Having struggled with four defeats in a row, Derby turned things around against Whitney RVT on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Owls by a score of 3-1.

Derby walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the second set). The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-10, 23-25, 25-19.

Meanwhile, Wilby was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 3-1 to Oxford.

While Wilby had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 21 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-22, 16-25, 25-21, 25-21.

Derby's victory bumped their record up to 5-10. As for Wilby, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-10.
