Baseball Recap: Westfield Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Westfield's offense. They came up short against the Oakton Cougars on Friday, falling 6-0. The Bulldogs have struggled against the Cougars recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost meeting.

Westfield saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Braden Knapp, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

Westfield's loss dropped their record down to 8-11. As for Oakton, their victory bumped their record up to 10-7.
