Game recap: Hassett a threat on ground, through air as Weston beats Immaculate

Tyler Hassett threw two touchdowns and ran for two more as Weston (Conn.) bested Immaculate (Danbury, Conn.) 48-20 on Saturday.

After taking the lead on a touchdown run by Hassett in the first quarter, the Trojans led 35-0 at the half.

Sam Panton and Hassett ran for a bunch of touchdowns for the Mustangs.

Ryan Matthew made a difference for Immaculate. The freshman quarterback threw two touchdowns.



With the win Weston extended its winning streak to four games.

Weston (4-0) goes up against Bunnell in a Southwest game matchup next week, while Immaculate (0-4) locks horns with Barlow also in a Southwest game.
