Gardner-Edgerton will challenge a team with plenty of momentum: Shawnee Mission Northwest extended their winning streak to three on Tuesday. The Cougars never let Shawnee Mission North get on the board and left with a 6-0 win. Shawnee Mission Northwest might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three matches by six goals or more this season.

Meanwhile, after soaring to five goals the game before, Gardner-Edgerton was a bit more limited in their contest on Tuesday. They came up short against Mill Valley, falling 4-0. Gardner-Edgerton haven't had much luck with Mill Valley recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

Shawnee Mission Northwest's victory bumped their record up to 6-3-1. As for Gardner-Edgerton, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-7.
