Volleyball Game Preview: Centaurus Warriors vs. Skyline Falcons + Official Tickets

The Centaurus Warriors are taking a road trip to take on the Skyline Falcons at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Centaurus will be strutting in after a win while Skyline will be coming in after a defeat.

Centaurus took a three-set loss the last time they faced off against Erie, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Warriors sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over the Tigers on Thursday.

Centaurus took Erie into a fifth set where they got it done with a two-point win. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 21-25, 21-25, 25-18, 17-15.

Meanwhile, Skyline was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Longmont.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-14, 22-25, 25-17.

Skyline's loss dropped their record down to 5-14. As for Centaurus, their win bumped their record up to 9-6.

Centaurus took their victory against Skyline in their previous meeting back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Warriors since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
