Basketball Recap: Oak Mountain Takes a Loss

Oak Mountain was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 65-18 loss at the hands of the Vestavia Hills Rebels. The game marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Oak Mountain's loss dropped their record down to 6-18. As for Vestavia Hills, they pushed their record up to 21-2 with the win, which was their ninth straight at home.

Oak Mountain will venture away from home to square off against Hewitt-Trussville at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Vestavia Hills, they will host Hoover at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
