Meade entered their tilt with Hodgeman County on Tuesday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They pulled ahead with a 39-38 photo finish over the Hodgeman County Longhorns. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Buffaloes also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2023.

Hodgeman County's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kendall Burns, who went 5 for 7 on his way to 13 points. Another player making a difference was Hazen Rydquist, who posted ten points.

Meade is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season. As for Hodgeman County, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-4 record this season.
