            Football Recap: Santiago Sharks vs. Aliso Niguel Wolverines        
        
		
        
        
            The Santiago Sharks came up short against  the Aliso Niguel Wolverines on Wednesday, falling  34-14. The Sharks were down  34-8 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
 Despite the loss, Santiago still got an impressive performance from   Priscilla Hernandez, who rushed for 66 yards and one  TD on only seven carries, and also threw for 129 yards and one  touchdown.
Santiago's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Aliso Niguel, they now  have a winning record of 5-4.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Santiago will challenge Great Oak at 4:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. The Wolfpack's defense has only allowed 15  points per game  this season, so the Sharks' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Aliso Niguel, they will welcome Sunny Hills  at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. The two teams have allowed few  points on average (the Wolverines 14.9, the Lancers 6.5) so any  points scored will be well earned.
