While Tyler HEAT put up some runs on Thursday, the same can't be said for CHAAMP HomeSchool. Tyler HEAT walked away with a 3-0 victory over CHAAMP HomeSchool. This was a revenge game for Tyler HEAT: when they faced off against CHAAMP HomeSchool on March 7th, they had to take a 4-3 loss.

Tyler HEAT saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was John Robles, who scored a run while going 2-for-3. Braylen Frazier was another, going 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one RBI.

Tyler HEAT is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.5 runs over those games. As for CHAAMP HomeSchool, their defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 8-5-1.
