Basketball Recap: Dallastown Find Success

Dallastown posted their closest win since January 10th on Wednesday. They skirted past the Northeastern Bobcats 64-62. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 61-59 on January 10th.

Dallastown is also on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 12-8 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.8 points per game. As for Northeastern, their defeat was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-11.

Dallastown will face off against Spring Grove at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Dallastown knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past five games -- so hopefully Spring Grove likes a good challenge. As for Northeastern, a feisty cat fight is on tap when the Northeastern Bobcats duke it out with the Red Lion Lions at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
