Baseball Game Preview: Brownwood Lions vs. Glen Rose Tigers

For the second straight game, Brownwood will face off against Glen Rose. The Lions will be playing at home against the Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Brownwood barely beat Glen Rose the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Lions blew past the Tigers 10-2 on Tuesday. The Lions haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

For Glen Rose's part, they saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Cullen Kickhoefer, who scored a run and stole a base while going 4-for-4. The Tigers are 5-1 when Kickhoefer posts three or more hits, but 8-12 otherwise. Another was Joe Randell, who went 1-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

Glen Rose's defeat dropped their record down to 13-13. As for Brownwood, their victory bumped their record up to 11-13.
