The Chaminade Flyers will face off against the Archbishop Stepinac Crusaders at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Chaminade will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more points each matchup than the last.
On Saturday, Chaminade earned a 24-17 win over Kellenberg Memorial. Given the Flyers' advantage in MaxPreps' New York football rankings (they are ranked 17th, while the Firebirds are ranked 107th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Maccoy Wallace
| 11/01/25 @ Kellenberg Memorial | 123 |
| 10/05/25 vs St. Francis Prep | 45 |
| 10/18/25 vs St. Anthony's | 26 |
| 10/24/25 @ Cardinal Hayes | 23 |
| 10/11/25 vs Iona Prep | 16 |
Among those leading the charge was Maccoy Wallace, who rushed for 123 yards on only 13 carries. Those 123 rushing yards gave him a new career-high.
They were just one part of a punishing run game: Chaminade was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 277 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.
Chaminade's defense stepped up as well, laying out Daniel Licari three times. The team can thank three different players for their defensive prowess: Anthony Trapani, Nick Fochetta, and Luca Mastronardi, who each picked up one sack apiece. Another thorn in Kellenberg Memorial's side was Trapani, who picked up a sack, forced one fumble, and made four total tackles (2.0 for loss).
Meanwhile, Archbishop Stepinac played a tough contest on Saturday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 49-21 to Iona Prep, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Crusaders were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 42-7.
Although Archbishop Stepinac took the loss, they still got scores from Ian Thomas and John Smith.
Chaminade pushed their record up to 6-4 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. They've had to fight for that success though, as they only beat their opponents by an average of 3.5 points across that stretch. As for Archbishop Stepinac, this is the second loss in a row for them and also nudges their season record down to 6-4.
Chaminade won a game that couldn't have been any closer in their previous matchup back in September, slipping by Archbishop Stepinac 24-23. Do the Flyers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Crusaders turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
