Calipatria barely beat West Shores the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Hornets were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Wildcats on Monday. The win continues a trend for the Hornets in their matchups with the Wildcats: they've now won eight in a row.

Calipatria's victory bumped their record up to 7-8. As for West Shores, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season.

Coincidentally, Calipatria and West Shores will both be playing Calexico Mission the next time they take the court. The Hornets will host the RoadRunners at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Wildcats will head out to face them at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
