There's no place like home for Martin, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. While the 1-1 score might suggest a draw, it was the Tigers who were credited with the victory on Friday. The Martin Tigers got it done in the shootout by posting seven goals to the Mission Eagles's six. This was a revenge game for Martin: when they faced off against Mission back in January, they had to take a 3-2 loss.

Martin's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-9-1. Those home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 12 goals over those four matches. As for Mission, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-7-1.
