Softball Game Preview: Brown County Hornets vs. Abingdon/Avon Tornadoes

Brown County is on a ten-game streak of home losses dating back to last season, and Abingdon/Avon a five-game streak of away losses also dating back to last season. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Thursday. The Brown County Hornets will look to defend their home field against the Abingdon/Avon Tornadoes at 4:30 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.

The home team had won the previous three meetings between Brown County and Pleasant Hill, and Pleasant Hill kept the tradition alive. Brown County lost 14-3 to Pleasant Hill on Tuesday.

Brown County's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Abingdon/Avon, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 0-3.
