Volleyball Recap: Conroe Comes Up Short

After flying high against Cleveland on Tuesday, Conroe came back down to earth. The Tigers came up short against the College Park Cavaliers on Friday, falling 3-0. The Tigers have struggled against the Cavaliers recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-8, 25-11.

Caroline Prihoda was the offensive standout of the matchup as she had six digs and five aces. Those five aces gave her a new career-high.

Conroe's loss dropped their record down to 17-19. As for College Park, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 23-9.

Conroe has already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against New Caney on the 30th. As for College Park, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-1 win against Oak Ridge on the 30th.
