Abbott is 7-1 against Gholson since November of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Panthers will host Gholson at 7:30 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Meanwhile, Gholson fell victim to Aquilla and their airtight defense on Friday. They were dealt an 88-0 loss at the hands of the Cougars. Gholson hasn't had much luck with Aquilla recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

Abbott now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Gholson, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-7.
