Baseball Recap: New Orleans Military & Maritime Academy Takes a Loss

New Orleans Military & Maritime Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 13-5 to the Frederick A. Douglass Bobcats. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bobcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 14-5 last Wednesday.

New Orleans Military & Maritime Academy's loss dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Frederick A. Douglass, their victory was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-4.

Coming up, New Orleans Military & Maritime Academy will square off against Thomas Jefferson at 11:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Frederick A. Douglass, they will face off against West St. John at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
