Baseball Recap: Timpanogos Makes It Four in a Row at Home

While Timpanogos's victory against Uintah wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. Timpanogos came out on top in a nail-biter against Uintah on Monday, sneaking past 13-11. The win continues a trend for the Timberwolves in their matchups with the Utes: they've now won five in a row.

Isacc Miller was incredible, scoring three runs while going 3-for-4. Those three hits gave him a new career-high. Shane Eaquinto was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-1.

Timpanogos' victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-4. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.8 runs over those games. As for Uintah, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-10.

Timpanogos will have a chance to go back-to-back against Uintah: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
