Basketball Recap: Eastside Catholic Wins Going Away Against West Seattle

Eastside Catholic lost to West Seattle back in December of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Wednesday. The Eastside Catholic Crusaders were the clear victor by a 67-41 margin over West Seattle.

Eastside Catholic has also been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 9-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.0 points per game. As for West Seattle, they dropped their record down to 6-7 with the loss, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Eastside Catholic has already played their next matchup (against Roosevelt), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. West Seattle will take on Holy Names Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. West Seattle is facing Holy Names Academy at the right time seeing as Holy Names Academy is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
