Baseball Recap: Sallisaw Comes Up Short in High-Profile Game with Stigler

Sallisaw faced Stigler in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Black Diamonds came up short against the Panthers, falling 8-2. The Black Diamonds were red-hot at the plate heading into the contest (they scored no less than ten runs in the six matchups prior), but the Panthers' pitchers proved too tough.
