Softball Recap: Clinton Comes Up Short

Clinton fell victim to Maroa-Forsyth and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They lost 10-0 to the Trojans. The Maroons have struggled against the Trojans recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost meeting.

Clinton's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Maroa-Forsyth, their win was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-2.

Looking ahead, Clinton will host Sullivan at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Maroa-Forsyth, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Pana at 4:30 p.m. on April 7.
