Softball Recap: Marion Swamp Foxes vs. Oceanside Collegiate Academy Landsharks
Marion had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They came out on top against the Oceanside Collegiate Academy Landsharks by a score of 10-6 on Saturday. The win was familiar territory for Marion who now have eight in a row.
Marion got a massive performance out of Anna Grace Page, who scored three runs while going 3-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of Maliyah Williams, who scored three runs and stole a base while going 3-for-4.
Marion's victory was their 12th straight at home, which pushed their record up to 20-2. As for Oceanside Collegiate Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 17-9.
As of now, neither Marion nor Oceanside Collegiate Academy have any future games scheduled.
