Jesuit came tearing into Monday's game with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by a 10-1 margin over the Central Catholic Rams. That's more bragging rights for the Crusaders, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Jesuit pushed their record up to 12-2 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.7 runs over those games. As for Central Catholic, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-4 record this season.
