Basketball Game Preview: Williams Prep Falcons vs. Hampton Prep

The Williams Prep Falcons are taking a road trip to face off against Hampton Prep at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Williams Prep's offense hasn't had much luck over their past seven matchups, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

On Friday, Williams Prep took a blow against Ranchview, falling 114-17.

Meanwhile, Hampton Prep ended up a good deal behind Ranchview on Tuesday and lost 60-42. While losing is never fun, Hampton Prep can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 1615th, while Ranchview is ranked 662nd).

Hampton Prep's loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Williams Prep, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-7.

Williams Prep couldn't quite finish off Hampton Prep when the teams last played back in January of 2023 and fell 2-0. Can the Falcons avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
