Soccer Game Preview: West Lincoln vs. Franklin County

West Lincoln hasn't had much luck against Franklin County recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Bears will host the Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m.

West Lincoln managed to keep up with Loyd Star until halftime on Thursday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Bears lost 5-0 to the Hornets.

Meanwhile, Franklin County had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 2 goals) and they went ahead and made it four on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 5-1 margin over the Trojans.

Franklin County hit West Marion with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Isabella Hill (2), Avery Richardson (2), and Savannah Emfinger.

West Lincoln's defeat dropped their record down to 6-6-2. As for Franklin County, the victory got them back to even at 6-6-1.
