Northpoint Christian extended their home winning streak to 12 games dating back to last season thanks to a huge performance from Sarah Johnson. Everything went the Trojans' way against Pleasant View on Tuesday as they made off with a 3-0 victory thanks in part to Johnson, who had 12 assists and six aces. She is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 12 or more in each of the last 21 games she's played dating back to last season.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Northpoint Christian was: they took every set by at least 13 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-6, 25-12, 25-8.

Northpoint Christian's win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Northpoint Christian has already played their next matchup, a 3-1 victory against DeSoto Central on the 21st. As for Pleasant View, they will venture away from home to face off against Evangelical Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
