Meanwhile, Bishop Moore came tearing into Wednesday's match with five straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 3.4 goals), and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Scorpions 3-0. The Hornets might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 17 games by three goals or more this season.

Mater Lakes Academy pushed their record up to 22-1 with the victory, which was their 12th straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 53 goals over those 12 contests. As for Bishop Moore, their win bumped their record up to 24-3.
