Basketball Recap: Shreveport HomeSchool Sports Comes Up Short

If Shreveport HomeSchool Sports was riding high fresh off their 57-15 takedown of Varsity Opponent last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Shreveport HomeSchool Sports Force fell just short of the Christian Home Educators Fellowship Patriots by a score of 41-38 on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Force have suffered since March 13th.

Shreveport HomeSchool Sports' defeat dropped their record down to 20-7. As for Christian Home Educators Fellowship, their victory bumped their record up to 5-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Shreveport HomeSchool Sports will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on John Paul the Great Academy at 6:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025. Christian Home Educators Fellowship will take on Muddy River HomeSchool in a holiday battle at on Monday.
