Baseball Recap: Brentwood Academy Drops Season-High Score on Pope John Paul II

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Brentwood Academy). They put the hurt on the Pope John Paul II Knights with a sharp 8-2 win on Wednesday. The Eagles not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since April 26, 2024.

Owen Sherman looked comfortable as he pitched 2.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Keaton Uggla, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with two stolen bases, five RBI, and three runs. The team also got some help courtesy of Will Rooney, who scored three runs and stole Two bases. while going 2-for-3.
