Soccer Game Preview: Modoc vs. Mt. Shasta

Modoc is 2-8 against Mt. Shasta since September of 2017 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Braves will face off against the Bears at 4:30 p.m.

Modoc is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to four goals on Saturday, they were much more limited against Fall River on Monday. They fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of 1-0.

Meanwhile, Mt. Shasta hadn't done well against Tulelake recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Monday. The Bears sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over the Honkers. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Mt. Shasta.

Modoc's defeat dropped their record down to 12-10. As for Mt. Shasta, they now have a winning record of 7-6.
